Highly Customizable for a Niche Business

Method has been great for our company!

I’m using Method together with OBO and SOS Inventory. Method has been great as a true CRM tool that has been very flexible for us. We did require a small amount of customization (price levels), but the Method team was very helpful and worked on our project quickly.
We’re finding new features all the time. We’re having our outside sales reps use the field services app to help them map routes. This is a feature that we hadn’t even considered.

Monthly billing gives you flexibility—you pay one month at a time and can cancel whenever you need. 

Annual billing saves you more in the long run: prepay for 12 months and get a 10% discount on the total price.

All accounts are billed in USD, except for customers in Canada, who are billed in CAD.

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime with no penalties. The subscription must be cancelled before the billing cycle date.

If you’re on an annual plan, your subscription will automatically renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You have a 30-day window to switch to a monthly plan after signing up. After 30 days, your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle, and unused time is non-refundable.

Yes. You can upgrade immediately at any time or downgrade at the end of your current billing period. Any pricing adjustments will apply on your next invoice.
