How does the 30 day trial work?

You and your team can try out Method:CRM free for 30 days, with no risk. There is no contract to sign and no credit card required for your free trial. At any point during the trial you can click on the gear in the top right corner, and go to “subscription” to cancel your account. If Method:CRM is meeting your needs and you want to continue using it after your 30 day trial, you can add your payment info in the “subscription” area.

Can I include add-ons to create custom pricing?

Yes. Our pricing is designed to be as flexible as possible for you and your team. You can add Sales Transactions, Sales Pipeline, Help Desk, Email Campaigns and Purchase Transactions to any plan. Each add-on costs $10 user/month on annual prepaid plans and $12 on monthly plans.

Can each member of my team be on a different plan?

Absolutely! Mix and match add-ons so you only pay for what each staff needs.

What is the refund policy?

Method provides the choice between monthly and prepaid (Prepay) payment plans. You are free to choose whichever option that best suits your needs.

Monthly subscriptions are pay-as-you-go, with no contract. You can cancel anytime by clicking on the gear in the top right corner and going to “subscription”. If you cancel your account you will not be charged again, and you are only responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds will not be issued and we don't prorate for partial months.

Prepay Balance is not considered a credit and hence is not eligible for a refund. After enrolling in the Prepay plan, within the Prepay Grace Period, you may switch back to monthly billing. We will make this switch and refund any remaining paid balance (prorated on the daily basis) minus any applicable discount. Please contact us if you need to make the switch back to monthly.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Method is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments. You simply pay month-to-month. The responsibility to cancel lies with you, which you can do at any time by going to “subscription”.

What currency will I be billed in?

US, UK, and Australian customers will be billed in USD. Canadian customers will be billed in CAD.

In the case of 3rd party apps, the app developer can set and display their own pricing, which you must agree to before installing the app.

In the case of portals, there is no charge for customers or vendors to log into Method via the portals, provided there is not very heavy usage. Very heavy usage of portal sessions is rare (less than 1% of our users). A portal session is a 5 minute increment of continuous activity in a portal. To be clear, staff logging in to Method regularly, using a non-portal login, are not counted - it's only counted when a special portal login is used, such as when a customer signs in to view or pay a bill. For very heavy usage, the first 500 portal sessions per month are free, and charges may apply thereafter.
