Workflow Workshop: Managing dispatching & reps in the field
This is a session in our weekly Workflow Workshop series where businesses learn how to streamline sales, operations, customer management, and payments with Method.
This week, Errol and Matas show how to manage dispatching and field crews from estimate to invoice. They demonstrate how to turn an approved, QuickBooks-synced estimate into a work order, assign and route jobs, and give field reps everything they need through the Method mobile app. You’ll see how reps can notify customers, access directions and job instructions, track their time, add parts, upload photos and notes, capture signatures, and complete work from the field. Back at the office, completed work orders can be reviewed and converted into invoices in batches. The session also explores how Method’s API can connect with AI to review unscheduled work orders, recommend a dispatch plan, and update assignments and schedules directly in Method.
