Accessibility at Method

At Method Integration Inc., we believe in the integration of everything from the software we create to the diverse identities and abilities of our community. As a result, we make it a priority to remove and prevent barriers to accessibility for everyone in our community.

Together, we strive to meet the needs of our employees and customers in every way we can. As an organization, Method Integration Inc. strives to ensure equal access and participation for people with disabilities. For us, this includes meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner.

Method Integration Inc. is committed to fulfilling the requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. This accessibility plan outlines the steps Method Integration Inc. is taking to meet those requirements and to improve opportunities for people with disabilities.

Team training

Method Integration Inc. will provide training to staff and volunteers in Ontario’s accessibility laws and aspects of the Ontario Human Rights Code. The goal of this training will be to ensure that each individual interacts and communicates appropriately with individuals with various disabilities.

Method Integration Inc. will train its employees and volunteers on accessibility as it relates to their specific roles. The company will ensure that all staff complete the following training.


Method Integration Inc. will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. When asked, we will provide information about the company and its services, including public safety information, in accessible formats or with communication support.

Method Integration Inc. will also meet internationally-recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) requirements in accordance with Ontario’s accessibility laws.


Method Integration Inc. is committed to fair and accessible employment practices. We are committed to being an inclusive workplace and happy to provide accommodations to ensure a comfortable and safe work environment.

These accommodations may include:

  • Elevator access to floor.
  • Accessible washroom.
  • Accessible workspace.
  • Inviting the use of guide dogs, other support animals and persons.

Method Integration Inc. will notify employees, potential hires and the public that accommodations can be made during recruitment and hiring. We will put in place a process to develop individual accommodation plans for employees. Where needed, the company will also provide customized emergency information to help an employee with a disability during an emergency.

Method Integration Inc.’s performance management, career development and redeployment processes will take into account the accessibility needs of all team members.

Customer Service

Method Integration Inc. is committed to providing accessible customer service to people with disabilities. This means that the company will provide goods and services to people with disabilities with the same high quality and timeliness as others.

This includes:

  • Training new and current staff on standards.
  • Providing chat availability in product and on our website.
  • Providing video chat and screen sharing capabilities.


Method Integration Inc. is committed to accessible procurement processes.

This is done in various ways, including:

  • Making the company website accessible.
  • Providing options for communication (phone, chat, video).
  • Team training.

Changes to existing policies

Method Integration Inc. will modify or remove any existing policy that does not respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.
