Opportunities charts

The first of the three chart sections deals with opportunities still in the pipeline, and opportunities that are closed (won or lost). This information is displayed based on the user and date filters you set on the screen (see Using the chart screen for details). There are three charts in this section, each of which are detailed below.

Leaderboard

This chart displays:

  • The users who have closed won opportunities in the given date range
If a user has no closed won opportunities in the date range, that user is omitted from the chart.
  • The percent of the total revenue made from those opportunities

Hovering over each section of the pie chart displays the dollar amount.

In the above example, Kelly is responsible for $3464 of the revenue, accounting for 77.1% of the total.

Clicking Kelly's piece of the pie opens a list showing the opportunities that make up this total:

This shows Kelly has three closed won opportunities.

Opportunity By User

This chart displays:

  • The users with open opportunities in the pipeline for the given date range
If a user does not have any open opportunities in the date range, that user is omitted from the chart.
  • The total pipeline amount of each user's combined opportunities for the date range

Hovering over each bar displays the dollar amount.

In the above example, Kelly has $609 in the pipeline.

Clicking Kelly's bar opens a list showing the opportunities that make up this total:

This shows Kelly has two opportunities, with a cumulative pipeline value of $609.

Opportunity By Stage By Close Date

This chart displays:

  • The opportunity stages correlating to each open opportunity in the given date range
If there are no opportunities in a given stage in the date range, that stage is omitted from the chart. Closed won and closed lost are omitted automatically from this chart.
  • The total pipeline amount of all opportunities in each stage

Hovering over each bar displays the dollar amount.

In the above example, the total dollar amount in the pipeline for opportunities in the Proposal/Price Quote stage is $640.50.

Clicking the Proposal/Price Quote bar opens a list showing the opportunities that make up this total:

The opportunities are ordered chronologically by close date in the list.

This shows there are two opportunities in the prospecting stage, which has a probability percentage of 70%. When this percentage is applied to the amounts of the opportunities, the pipeline amount for each is $367.50 and $273 respectively, for a total of $640.50.
