How does the 30 day trial work?
You and your team can try out Method:CRM free for 30 days, with no risk. There is no contract to sign and no credit card required for your free trial. At any point during the trial you can click on the gear in the top right corner, and go to “subscription” to cancel your account. If Method:CRM is meeting your needs and you want to continue using it after your 30 day trial, you can add your payment info in the “subscription” area.
Can each member of my team be on a different plan?
Yes, absolutely! Mix and match Packs so you only pay for what each staff needs. Our pricing is designed to be as flexible as possible for you and your team.
Which Packs does the trial start with?
The trial starts with the Contact Management + Sales Transactions + Sales Pipeline Packs. Of course, during your Free Trial you can try any Pack you'd like. You can add or remove Packs anytime by clicking on the gear in the top right corner and going to “subscription”.
What’s the difference between Monthly Plan and Prepay Plan?
With Monthly Plan you pay for your account 1 month at a time, and you can cancel anytime. With Prepay Plan you get a 10% discount by paying for your account 12 months up front. Your Prepay Balance is calculated as: 12 months x Current Subscription Price x 10% discount.
What is the refund policy?
For the Monthly Plan, your subscription is month-to-month, with no contract. You can cancel anytime by clicking on the gear in the top right corner and going to “subscription”. If you cancel your account you will not be charged again, and you are only responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds will not be issued and we don't prorate for partial months.
For the Prepay Plan, you get a 10% discount by paying for 12 months in advance. Your Prepay Balance is not considered a credit and is not eligible for a refund. However, for 30 days after signing up for Prepay Plan, you can switch to Monthly Plan. Then if you want to cancel your monthly plan, you can do so anytime.
What currency will I be billed in?
US, UK, and Australian customers will be billed in USD. Canadian customers will be billed in CAD.
How can I talk to a real person about my questions?

In the case of 3rd party apps, the app developer can set and display their own pricing, which you must agree to before installing the app.
In the case of portals, there is no charge for customers or vendors to log into Method via the portals, provided there is not very heavy usage. Very heavy usage of portal sessions is rare (less than 1% of our users). A portal session is a 5 minute increment of continuous activity in a portal. To be clear, staff logging in to Method regularly, using a non-portal login, are not counted - it's only counted when a special portal login is used, such as when a customer signs in to view or pay a bill. For very heavy usage, the first 500 portal sessions per month are free, and charges may apply thereafter.
