Businesses run their day on Method

Built around QuickBooks since 2010

Real-time sync with QuickBooks Online & Desktop

Your team needs more than imports, exports, and spreadsheet fixes.

QuickBooks keeps your accounting accurate. But sales, operations, and customer work happen somewhere else — in Excel, email threads, and disconnected apps.

Method gives your team a connected CRM built around QuickBooks, so customer activity, invoices, payments, and workflow updates stay aligned.

Sales sees context

Customer, estimate, invoice, and payment context — without making everyone work directly in QuickBooks.

Accounting stays accurate

Sync customer and transaction data so finance never chases missing details or cleans up duplicate entries.

Workflows fit your process

Customize the steps, fields, approvals, and handoffs your business actually uses — not a
rigid template.

Teams move faster

Connect the dots from customer request to invoice so work keeps moving across sales, ops, and accounting.

Without Method

  • Manual CSV imports each week
  • Sales lives in spreadsheets
  • Duplicate customer records
  • Email-thread approvals

Replace duplicate entry with one connected workflow.

Method connects directly to QuickBooks at no extra cost, keeping customer information, invoices, payments, and updates accurate across both systems. Your team can manage customer relationships and workflows in Method without duplicate data entry, changing accounting records unintentionally, or requiring direct access to QuickBooks.

  • Sync invoices, estimates, customers, and payments with QuickBooks
  • Give sales and accounting the same view of customer data
  • Customize workflows without breaking the QuickBooks connection
  • Reduce spreadsheet handoffs and manual data cleanup
  • Keep QuickBooks as your accounting system of record

Frequently asked questions

In QuickBooks Online, quotes are created as estimates — you select a customer, add line items, and send it for approval. Method CRM builds on that: create the quote using stored pricing and customer details, send it for e-signature, and once it’s approved, convert it into an invoice with QuickBooks updated automatically.

They’re the same document — “estimate” is QuickBooks’ term, “quote” is the term most sales teams use day to day. In Method, you’ll see them handled the same way: build it once, get it approved, and it converts straight into an invoice.

An estimate in QuickBooks Online is a non-posting document — it doesn’t affect your books until it’s converted into an invoice. Method lets you build and send that estimate from inside your CRM, collect an e-signature for approval, and convert it to an invoice that syncs to QuickBooks the moment you save it.

QuickBooks itself doesn’t include a dedicated quote builder — most teams end up rebuilding each estimate from scratch. Method gives you a quote workflow inside your CRM that pulls in saved pricing and customer details, so there’s no blank form to start from every time.

Once a quote or estimate is approved, Method converts it into an invoice in one click — no retyping line items — and syncs the new invoice to QuickBooks Online or Desktop immediately.

QuickBooks Online supports recurring invoices, but scheduling and edits have to be managed inside QuickBooks itself. Method lets you set the billing cadence once — for a service contract or repeat job — and it handles sending and syncing automatically from then on.
