Providing Access to Customer Portals

Every customer has a unique link to a portal, available to them if they have a valid email address entered in Method.

Method provides a portal out-of-the-box, and these steps will show you how to give your customer access to their portal.

  1. Open up the Contacts App.
  2. Locate and select the contact.
  3. Under Contact Details, you will find a Share link with the caption Portal. Select it.
  4. A dialogue box pops up with a URL link you can copy. Feel free to give this to your Customer.
