Email Signatures Do not Show in Emails

Email signatures are defined in the Profile Preferences for each Method User.

Updating An Email Template

In many cases, Method sends emails using Email Templates. In order to have the signature in the email, it needs to be added to the Email template. To verify or add it:

  • Select the Send Email  App and open up the email template you wish to change.
  • Within the body of the email template, add this merge field exactly as written:
    Users.EmailSignature

If you do not wish to change the Email Template for all future emails, but only on one occurrence, you will need to add the same merge field at the bottom of your email:

Users.EmailSignature
