Most QuickBooks businesses invoice in one tool, take the payment through a separate gateway, then match it up in QuickBooks. That is three systems for every sale. Method Pay* lets you collect payments online or in person, while keeping everything connected to QuickBooks. We’ll show you how it all works live, start to finish.

✓Estimate approved in your branded portal
✓Deposit collected on approval
✓Estimate to invoice in one click
✓Pay online by card or ACH
✓Payment lands in QuickBooks
✓Tap to Pay for in-person payments

*Method Pay is currently available to US businesses.

What we’ll cover:

We take one estimate all the way to paid, live in Method.

1
Send the estimate and get it approved
Your customer reviews and approves the estimate in a portal that carries your logo, your colors and your domain.
2
Collect the deposit on approval
The deposit is collected as soon as the customer approves, so you have the money up front.
3
Turn the estimate into an invoice in one click
The approved estimate becomes the invoice, with the deposit already applied, and nothing has to be retyped.
4
Get paid online or in person
Accept card or ACH payments online, or take payments in person with Tap to Pay. You can also save cards, set up autopay, and pass processing fees on to customers in eligible US states.
5
The payment lands in QuickBooks
The payment is applied to the right invoice and the payout matches your bank deposit. We will show the one-time fee setup live so your bookkeeper knows what to expect.
6
What it takes to get set up
Already on Method? A free online application, a quick review, and a Turn On button switches your pay buttons live. New to Method? Start a free trial, and you can apply for Method Pay as part of getting set up.

Who should attend:

Anyone sending quotes, invoices or deposits to customers, whether you are on Method today or still deciding.

Owners & controllers
You want fewer systems between sending a quote and having the money in the bank.
Bookkeepers & ProAdvisors
You do the matching at month end, or you advise clients on what to run their payments through.
Office & operations managers
You send the estimates and chase the deposits.

Frequently asked questions:

Do I need to be a Method customer to attend?
No. You don’t need to be a Method customer to attend. Method Pay is built into Method, so you would need Method to use it. If you’re still deciding on a CRM, this is a good way to see how quote to cash works in Method before you decide. If it fits, you can start a free trial after the session.
Will you cover pricing?
Method Pay is pay-as-you-go, with no setup fees, monthly fees or cancellation fees. We’ll explain how pricing works during the session, including where rates may vary by payment type.
Is Method Pay available outside the US?
Not yet. Method Pay is currently available to US businesses only.
I can’t make it live. Should I still register?
Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording.

Yes, there’s a Method for getting paid.
